About Us

COMnet was launched in Mumbai 25 years ago by two professionals, Sanjay Divekar and Mangesh Pardeshi, to bring fresh ideas and a new approach to the end-user computing and network domain.

COMnet’s diversification efforts have proved to be a blueprint for many Indian companies that offer IT solutions. Apart from providing hardware-based solutions, COMnet has also offered services and support for infrastructure security, managed services, and software application development. The strategic expansion undertaken by the company reflects its commitment to continual growth and our pursuit of solutions within the industry.

The expansion into Australia in 2022 established our 11th office, intending to continue to expand across Australia and New Zealand. Located in Bella Vista, we offer End User Compute, Networks, Collaboration, Cyber Security, Managed Print Services, and Professional ICT Human Resources solutions across the eastern seaboard, with direct representation in Victoria, NSW, and QLD, as well as close partnerships with leading OEMs and Distributors.

He has a career encompassing global leadership role developing and executing strategy, transformation, and operational excellence. Shailesh relocated to our beautiful shores in 2022 and heads up COMnet Australia as the managing director of ASPAC

Sanjay has made an immense contribution to the financial growth of COMnet, helping it reach ambitious targets such as $160 M AUD. A visionary leader and a great asset to COMnet.

Mangesh Pardeshi is an accomplished business leader with 25+ years of experience in the tech industry. Mangesh has completed his bachelor’s degree in Electronics and an expert in business strategies, operations, and alliances. His deep understanding of the industry’s landscape and his ability to build strong partnerships and alliances are some of his key strengths. His extensive knowledge of business operations allows him to develop customized strategies that are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
